Full Name: Isabella Marie Swan Cullen
Nick Names: Bella, Bells, Bell to her dad
Age: Physical: 19, Actual: 24
Sex: Female
Species: Vampire
Physical Appearance
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 115lbs
Hair: Brown
Body: Bella is pale with long brown hair and deep brown eyes, with a delicate face featuring a small nose and full lips that are the more outstanding aspect of her looks. She is fairly petite but not short, and slender without being thin or muscular. As a human, she was quite ordinary looking, though some thought her beautiful, but as a vampire, obviously, she has taken on the beauty common to all of her kind.
Clothing: Bella has always been somewhat of a jeans and tshirt kind of girl and remains so as a vampire, though now that she has her new ‘sister’ to dress her, she tends to wear more dressy and flattering clothes more often.
Basic Personality: She rarely makes a very concerted effort to garner any kind of attention, preferring to be on the sidelines as much as possible instead. However, when necessary, she will always step up to the plate when her friends or family are in trouble, to the point of risking her own happiness or even life in the attempt. She can be quite self-deprecating, often assuming that the bad mood of anyone around her is her fault, whether the assumption is based in fact or not.
On the flip side, she can also be quite cheerful when around her family or close friends, loving to laugh and savouring the moment even more for its specialness when it does occur. She doesn’t like to be very girly, but neither is she a tomboy, simply preferring to sit happily on the fence, smack dab in the middle and picking out whatever trends she chooses to follow or ignore and simply do her own thing.
Identifying Features: One main scar on her forearm from being bitten by James as well as numerous smaller ones all over from her transformation, all of which are invisible until under bright lights.

History
Bella Swan was born in Forks, Washington to Renee and Charlie Swan. Though things were reasonably decent at first, Renee finally found life in Forks to be too quiet for her tastes and, when Bella was 6 months old, divorced Charlie and moved to California.
When she was little, Bella did all the things a typical little girl does – she played games, took ballet lessons and attended school – but she never truly seemed to find a niche for herself as most did. She was too uncoordinated for dance and sports, never seemed to fit in with the kids at school and was generally a quiet and reserved girl.
Over the first few years of her life, she visited her father in Forks every summer, making friends with Jacob Black and spending most of her time hanging around with him and his father on the reservation. For most of her teen years, however, Bella remained with her mother, until finally, when Renee remarried, Bella decided it was time to return to Forks permanently. It was the most logical decision, giving her the solid base she needed to finish high school while her mother toured with her new husband.
Settling into Forks was, for the most part, simple. The town was quiet and though she stood out as the ‘new girl’ in town, there was little to distinguish her from the others in school and though some of the boys vied for her attention, she survived with little excess notice paid to her arrival. That was, however, apart from her old friend Jacob and one of the boys in her class, Edward Cullen.
Over the next few months, as Mike Newton, a boy in her class, slowly gave up trying to attract her, Jacob and Edward grew more and more determined – Jacob to draw her in and Edward to drive her away, both for her safety and her happiness. Eventually, however, Bella’s fate was sealed and she fell in love with the boy who, as far as she had been warned, was possibly the worst choice for her. She later discovered that both had their secrets, Jacob being a shapeshifter and Edward, her boyfriend, a vampire.
Their rivalry, both instinctive and masculine gradually grew until, at last, after dying in the birth of she and Edward’s daughter Renesmee and being turned into a vampire, it ended at last for the most part with Jacob’s imprinting on little Renesmee. While she now enjoys the vampire life with her new family, she maintains her close friendship with Jacob and the other wolves, though there is some tension between the two clans, and is looking forward to being able to the day when she hopes to be able to properly welcome her parents back into her life again.
Sample Roleplay
Bella took a few steps forward, still keeping in the shadow of the trees. She knew she was still too far away for anyone to see her, but she still didn’t want to take any foolish chances. The Volturi already hated her, it would be stupid to risk getting even further on their bad side. Stilling her breathing, something that was still difficult even after having had so much time to get used to the lack of need for oxygen, she listened carefully. A few moments later, she heard it, the sound bringing a small smile to her lips. The tiniest of snores, so familiar even now.
Looking around once more, she checked to make sure no one was in sight and dashed forward, ducking into the shadow of the front porch. From there, it was a simple matter of climbing the short distance to the roof and along it to the dormer window she needed. It was open just a crack and Bella settled herself on the roof in the lee of the dormer, leaning against the tiny wall and closing her eyes. It had been too long since she had seen her mother and she missed her more than she could tell anyone. Anyone except Edward, that was. Ever since she had learned to control her gift, it was so much easier to talk to him, simply showing him how she felt or what she thought instead of trying to use her clumsy vocabulary to word it correctly.
It had been his idea to come here, knowing how keenly she felt the absence of her real mother, no matter how devoted Esme was to her newest daughter. It was dangerous, everyone knew that, now that there was the new threat on the loose as well as the Volturi tightening their watch on every irregularity, but the Cullens had all been in favour of Edward’s idea. Now, here she was, feeling somehow soothed simply by the sound of her mother’s breathing as she slept mere feet away while her brothers and sisters kept vigil in various points around the block and Edward sat in the truck, waiting patiently while she took her small amount of comfort that would have to last her who knew how long. Even Carlisle and Esme had been supportive of the idea despite the possible dangers, helping to plan out the entire trip, though they remained at home in case anything happened while the ‘children’ were away. All in all, despite the tension that had fallen over the entire vampiric world, at this moment, Bella felt perfectly safe.
